This morning we had an opportunity to see last transit of Venus over the Sun in this century. I could not miss that. :)
The alarm went off at 4 AM (yes, waking up is always the hardest part), we were on the location at 5 AM so there was enough time to prepare for shooting this rare phenomena.
Setup and Location:
- Camera & lens: Canon 5D mkII, 70-200 f/2.8 L IS, TC 2x, @400mm, f/32, 1/8000 sec, ISO 50
- Filters: B&W ND400 + Hoya CPL, just enough to kill the sunshine :)
- Date & time: 6.6.2012., 6:12:51 AM
- Location: Malacka on mountain Kozjak, Croatia.
