Gooshter Beach Club at Le Méridien Lav

Gooshter Beach Club is the beachfront bar and restaurant at Le Méridien Lav in Podstrana, just south of Split. The whole space is open-air – a boho-chic setting of bamboo canopies, rattan lanterns, solid wood tables, and polished concrete that extends all the way to the beach, lined with cabana daybeds and straw parasols.

The morning was spent photographing the full bar and beach while the light was still clean and the space remained empty. In the evening, once guests had filled the tables, I could only capture a few detail and mood shots – bar stools in golden hour, champagne on the counter at blue hour – just enough to show the atmosphere of the place after dark.
