A Contemporary Villa By the Sea, Sutivan – Brač

This villa in Sutivan, on the island of Brač, sits directly above the sea and is closely shaped by its surroundings. The architecture is contemporary and understated, with clean lines, generous terraces, and large openings that keep the view and natural light present throughout the space.

Inside, the interiors are bright, calm, and comfortable, defined by a neutral palette with subtle colour accents and a clear Mediterranean sensibility. The focus is on space, light, and flow rather than decoration. While photographing the villa, my aim was to capture this balance — the openness of the architecture and the quiet, relaxed atmosphere that makes the house feel natural and easy to inhabit.
