Privla\u010de li vas novi okusi, mirisi ili mo\u017eda nov na\u010din pripreme hrane? Mene zasigurno da i kada otputujem na neko strano mjesto nastojim ve\u0107inu puta jesto lokalne specijalitete. To je odli\u010dan na\u010din za upoznati to mjesto, nau\u010diti pone\u0161to o navikama lokalnih ljudi i njohovom na\u010dinu \u017eivota, jer je ba\u0161 kuhinja ta koja reflektira i klimu i okru\u017eenje i \u017eivotne navike lokalnog stanovni\u0161tva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za specijalitet o kojem \u0107u pisati u ovom postu nisam trebala otputovati u stranu zemlju, iako mi je do prije par godina bio nepoznat, a karakteristi\u010dan je za podru\u010dje koje je samo 10-ak kilometara udaljeno od Splita. Ipak, nikad se ne priprema u splitskim domovima, \u010dak ga ni u splitskim restoranima nema za na\u0107i (\u0161to je, po mom mi\u0161ljenju, velika gre\u0161ka) i jednostavno nisam imala neku priliku probati ga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rije\u010d je o <strong>soparniku<\/strong>, specijalitetu <strong>Polji\u010dke republike<\/strong> &#8211; povijesnog podru\u010dja koje se prote\u017ee isto\u010dno od Splita sve do Omi\u0161a na istoku i Sinja na sjeveru. Ljudi na tom podru\u010dju \u010desto rade to jelo i stvarno je ukusno. Ne\u0107u sada nabrajati sastojke jer \u0107ete sve itekako dobro saznati iz fotografija.&nbsp; :)<\/p>\n<p>Pa krenimo.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"\" class=\"\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/lidija-photo.com\/fotografije\/blog\/2011\/soparnik\/kako-se-pravi-poljicki-soparnik-1.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox&#091;&#093;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center\" src=\"https:\/\/lidija-photo.com\/fotografije\/blog\/2011\/soparnik\/thumbs\/thumbs_kako-se-pravi-poljicki-soparnik-1.jpg\" alt=\"Soparnik\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prvo se pripremi tijesto, odvoji se u dvije polovice i razvalja u dvije velike, tanke &#8216;pala\u010dinke&#8217;. Prvi dio ide na veliku okruglu drvenu plohu koja se zove sinija.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/lidija-photo.com\/fotografije\/blog\/2011\/soparnik\/kako-se-pravi-poljicki-soparnik-2.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox&#091;&#093;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center\" src=\"https:\/\/lidija-photo.com\/fotografije\/blog\/2011\/soparnik\/thumbs\/thumbs_kako-se-pravi-poljicki-soparnik-2.jpg\" alt=\"Soparnik\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nadjev je prili\u010dno jednostavan: blitva narezana na trakice, per\u0161in, mladi luk, malo za\u010dina i dosta maslinovog ulja. Fri\u0161kog, ukusnog maslinovog uja od maslina koje su rasle 50 metara dalje. Haha, u redu, ne mora ba\u0161 biti od maslina koje su rasle 50 metara dalje, mo\u017ee biti i neko kvalitetno ekstra djevi\u010dansko maslinovo ulje iz trgovine. Ali mora biti dobro.
